Support the Center

As part of the Columbia University Irving Medical Center, the Early-Onset Osteoporosis Center (EOC) focuses on rare forms of osteoporosis that affect young adults under the age of 50. We are here to support patients with these rare conditions—through both individualized clinical evaluation and personalized treatment plans—based on the knowledge we have acquired through years of clinical experience and through our ongoing research.

There are very few institutions working in this area of medical inquiry. More research is needed to increase our understanding of the clinical features and causes of Early-Onset Osteoporosis and to define optimal treatment for this rare condition.

We strongly encourage eligible patients to consider participating in our research programs, and we are very grateful for financial contributions that help to fund these ongoing studies.
